Interrogator Vishas spawns at SM Graveyard, first room. He has an add, which can be either Scarlet Torturer or caster. He has a few abilities to watch out. One of them is Shadow Word: Pain, his add does Immolate, if he is a torturer. I tried to solo him with my 39 pally, I died because of my lack of mana. He had 1.2% health before I died.
