New Belgium made this beer to buck styles. It is not quite any one style. But, for me at least, I’d have to say it falls closest to the Blonde field. The color throws it a bit, but really it could fit equally well into about three different styles. It’s good, that’s what counts right? Skinny Dip from New Belgium is their new summer seasonal that is apparently a low-carb beer, "perfect for the lightly attired summer months." Interesting beer. The site says there's kaffir lime in there, lending it a citrusy character.
