Aperture 3.4.3 did not solve license number re-entry issue. Even after installing Aperture 3.4.3 and after deleting Aperture preference file, I am asked to reenter Aperture serial numbers (Aperture upgrade 3 and original Aperture 1 serial numbers) on every first launch of Aperture 3.4.3 after boot of my iMac with Mountain Lion (Mac OS X 10.8.2).

Attempting to open the library repair tools by holding down ⌘⌥ while opening that library and then clicking Cancel results in Aperture correctly opening it and adjusting the version number in the library file so that it can be normally opened on future attempts.
Have just downloaded Aperture 3.4.3 and its removed every photo in my iPhoto library taken since 2009. Help!
