1、判断项目靠谱不靠谱
①和互联网公司合作，比传统公司沟通阻力小很多，反工，扯皮，对需求的隐形成本低很多； ②有需求文档的项目，成功率翻倍的高，连自己需求都说不清的尽量别接；哪些功能点要实现事前要说好 ③非法的碰都别碰，涉及到爬虫，逆向，棋牌游戏，区块链的多留几个心眼，灰色地带的打听清楚；为了几万块钱吃国家饭不划算
2、如何保护自己的收益
①私人接活，朋友介绍之类的，尽量不给钱（定金）不开工，这一点一定要记住，否则很容易付出了劳动得不到应得的收入。 ②不给完钱，不交完整代码。代码不像设计稿，还能给个加水印版本；又很容易复制，很多时候交付了就交付了；除非有平台担保，或者真的特别熟。遇到过好多例了，引到私人对接，拿到代码不给钱，微信一删，维权成本很高的。 部分时候项目就是协同开发，这个时候甚至没法保护好自己的劳动产出，那事先最好有纸质的合同说明，出了事找的到人。 ③大项目要谈好付款节点，大项目吭哧吭哧干，花了几个月，结果最后别人又压你价钱，这时候你的时间沉没成本就高了
3、工作中需知
