The house specialty is undoubtedly the Peking Duck where the chef presents the duck first, and then slices it in front of you at the dining table. It is then cooked and served, expect the meat to be tender and boneless and don’t be surprised if it seems to practically melt in your mouth. Served with hoisin sauce, cucumber, scallions and pancakes, you couldn’t possibly have asked for more. Other favourites on the menu include General Tso’s Chicken and X.O. Lobster.
