Wanted a suite so our daughter could have her own "room." She had a pull out sofa bed. Made me nervous that she was sleeping right next to the front door but she said she slept fine. Only bathroom was in our bedroom so she had to walk through. And bathroom was extremely small with only shower and toilet, barely enough room to turn around, and really needs updated. Had exhaust fan but it was disconnected. Took forever to get hot water out of the shower. Sink and mirror were right outside the bathroom as part of our bedroom and my daughter's "room" had a sink, mirror, fridge, microwave and desk so there was plenty of room otherwise. Bottom of wallpaper was frayed and window had so much condensation it was hard to see out of it. Otherwise everything was clean and roomy and king bed was very comfy. Included was made-to-order breakfast. Food was delicious but go early or you will encounter long line and chaos. There was also complimentary snacks and drinks at 5:30 pm which was very nice. Swimming pools were nice. After a long day of hiking around a college campus in the cold rain all we wanted to do was sit in the hot tub, and we did. I do wish this and all hotels would put adults only sign above hot tub or at least designate no kids in it after 10 pm. It's hard to enjoy if you've got little kids jumping all around you and parents who don't care. The hotel itself is beautiful. The parking garage is very convenient and with quick elevators that take you straight from your car to your room. Parking lot is also gated and secure.... less

The facility is quite outdated. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. The parking was very limited. We had a banquet as part of our reunion festivities. The food was again, mediocre at best. If you're on a tight budget, it's clean and close to downtown. However, had I not been traveling for a group function, I would have preferred to stay someplace else.... less

If I was to choose I would have chosen one closer to the airport. However, I have stayed in Embassy Suites in several cities across the United States and this is one of the nicest ones I have stayed in. The only draw back was I wanted a king bed but they didn't have any available. So we were stuck with 2 full size where normally you get 2 queens. My husband is 6'1 and has a hard time with full size.... less

Occasionally we stay here when all other hotels are booked, and we always regret it. You have to pay to park in an open air surface lot, late check out is $25/hour, the rooms are grimey (the refrigerator leaked water all over the floor), etc. This hotel gives the Embassy Suites chain a bad reputation.... less

We chose it for the location and the shuttle service (amenity) that made travel to and from shopping a breeze. Our suite held 7 for a bachelorette party. Oddly enough only one bathroom with an external sink set up. Great stay with the exception of the parking nightmare. Parking at this location can be confusing especially when clueless guests block the driveway and back up traffic. Best advice is to pull through driveway and directly into parking lot behind hotel.... less
