The concierge lounge has a reasonable breakfast, certainly not fancy, and I have seen a lot better at other Renaissance brand hotels. The staff was friendly and the lobby was nice. Overall, a satisfactory stay.... less

The lobby and exterior still look pretty nice but it's definitely time for a touch up here. Also the attention to detail just wasn't there for this supposed level of hotel. For example, maintenance in the bathroom was poor. No exhaust fan, only one bath towel for a king suite. Nothing to stir my coffee with in the room not even stir sticks. The shower worked OK but water would not come out of the bath tub faucet. There was no way turn it on to take a bath. Also there was a small amount of standing water in the tub... Just showing the age of the place. But overall it is a nice visit. We got breakfast included which was a surprise and someone in the lobby was thoughtful enough to overhear my son saying he'd forgotten toiletries and brought him up some toothpaste. It's worth a shot to stay here. The best thing about this hotel is you can walk all the way to see the Thunder and only go outside to cross one street.... less

I say sadly because the staff is so nice. But this property looks like is was last renovated when Jimmy Carter was president. My room smelled like stale smoke and feet.It was 'decorated' in a style as stale as the smell. The toilet was broken and the drain in the bathtub was clogged. But... the staff was so helpful and nice. I only wish the property was up to their level. I checked out a day early and moved one block away to a very nice hotel. Regrettably I have to say...stay away. But really...the staff is great!... less

Hotel is upscale, modern, very comfortable and clean. Several places to eat inside hotel in a very nice atrium setting. While cost is a bit expensive it’s well worth it. I don’t think you can find a better value in OKC. BTW, if you are a member of Marriott Rewards you also have access to the 15th floor restaurant with great food and can be cooked to order, but the breakfast buffet is superb vs. other hotels I’ve stayed in.... less

The customer service was fantastic. When we got there we had several things happen that were difficult and klarisse (sp) at check in was so helpful! She went above and beyond to resolve all of the issues for us. I really can’t articulate how helpful she was for us! The hotel has a very small gym but nice equipment with an indoor pool and hot tub. There’s a lobby bar that is convenient with yummy, reasonably priced martinis. We had breakfast one morning in the lobby restaurant and everyone was very pleasant, service excellent. The club lounge is small with a nice breakfast and limited evening horderves, without cocktails. Hotel is located half a mile from the Oklahoma Memorial. Make sure you visit the museum. The memorial is beautiful at night. The hotel is also half a mile from Bricktown, where there are bars and restaurants and a riverwalk. We would stay here again if we return to Oklahoma City!... less
