What a great choice. They have a reciprocal arrangement with the Missouri Botanical Garden so, upon showing our Member card for MO’s Garden, we gained free admission (in 2018 - a saving of $25 for two people). The volunteer docents were fantastic at pointing out all the -must see- spots on the map as we had limited time to walk the Garden. The food at the café was slow in coming, medium in quality, high in price but not so bad as to be avoided entirely. The paths were well marked and the brochure map is very helpful. Many of the plants carry labels so you can take notes of those you’d like to try at home. There were several displays of not only lovely plant material but also amazing stonemasonry. Be sure to check out the children’s garden on the roof of the parking lot. It’s also really lovely.... less
