An interesting thing about Shakedown is that everything right from food served here to the music played lends a local feel to it; volunteers having in-depth knowledge about the local music history and young musicians make for a friendly staff. Playing a dual role, bartenders here not only control the bar, but have raided the DJ booth too, blending the good music with equally soothing drinks.
