Credit card name must match your ID card in order to use one. We don't except gift cards or hotel vouchers sorry! Only service pets are allowed. Service pets must have IDs they are free to stay. All pets must be seen must be brought to office. Security cameras, Private rooms, friendly staff, car parking onsite, separated rooms for maximum quietness to ensure your privacy as well as no phones. Flat screen tv with cable and Free Wi-Fi, microwave and fridge in room. We do have a no visitor policy for guests beyond the plus one for signals. There are no (refunds) .
