  This bank needs more workers. Lines are slow.. they don't EVEN answer the phone. I let and called 20 times one after another and never got through to a actual person! So rude More

  The wait time is horrendous!!! Every time I go, it NEVER fails. I will NEVER recommend Wells Fargo!!!! I wish there was a negative number to rate this bank. More
