One such museum that has accomplished it is the Ashland Historical Society Museum. Its location has been subjected to change numerous times. The most recent move has been in August 2016. The museum prides itself on its collection of various items and artifacts that provide information related to the history of Ashland. The collection includes photographs, clothing, household items, sports items, WWI military items and so on. All these items from the past hold a significant amount of history behind them. The popular artifacts include the pictures of President John F Kennedy when he visited Ashland, Pictures and bios of 15 Vietnam veterans from Ashland and a beautiful one-of-a-kind pump organ. With an equally huge collection of gifts, you can bring home your Ashland souvenirs! They include tee shirts, note cards, DVD slide shows and home movies, calendars, then and now photos, elegant jewelry, hand-crafted items and much more.   Small place but has nice overview of Ashland and surrounding area. Staff very friendly and helpful. If they don’t know the answer they will work to find it. More
