In the 1950s, our grandfather Giacomo embarked on a journey from the picturesque village of Saviano, Italy, to the bustling streets of Long Island, New York, driven by the allure of the American Dream. Alongside his wife, they brought to life Village Pizza, later transformed into Alfieri Brothers’ Pizzeria, as their culinary legacy blossomed. In 1991, we relocated to a larger space, where we've remained anchored ever since. The subsequent year saw Saverio Alfieri's bold venture into North Texas, where he, along with his sons Anthony and Giacomo, introduced the vibrant flavors of our heritage to the bustling cityscape of Dallas/Ft. Worth. At the heart of our tradition lies the essence of authentic Italian cuisine, meticulously crafted from recipes handed down by none other than Grandma Alfieri herself, infusing each dish with a touch of familial warmth and centuries-old culinary wisdom.
