Our passionate staff is dedicated to maintaining a space that's safe, accepting, and nurturing as they guide you through your own unique yoga experience. From classes that are slower paced (Hatha and Restorative) to more active (Warm and Vinyasa), as well as options for the whole family (Kids Yoga and Mommy and Me) -- we hope you'll find a home with us.
