Its signature items include apple pancakes, the Dutch Baby, fresh vegetable omeletes, corned beef hash, strawberry waffles, Kijafa cherry crepes and Tahitian maiden s dream crepes. The Original Pancake House also offers side dishes, meat, waffles, cereals, fruit, juices, beverages and a variety of egg specialties. The restaurant chain prepares crepes by rolling them with sour cream tempered with orange liqueur and by using a special tropical syrup topping made from a blend of citrus fruits.
