Our pita is baked in-house fresh daily because fresh bread... Our Falafel is always dropped fresh to order just like in the Middle East. Its texture is crunchy on the outside and steaming hot on the inside. Our Shwarma is made of organic free range chicken thighs marinated in a 21 spices, fresh garlic and olive oil. It is then cooked in its own juice with no oil resulting in a rich deep flavor and a juicy texture. Our Gyro is made of organic grass-fed lamb, cilantro, roasted red peppers and spices. We form gyro bricks, sear, bake and slice them. We add potatoes wedges to the cooked gyro slice for some extra texture and a rich zesty flavor. However you turn it around, you cannot go wrong.
