Executive Sous Chef, Bryan Byard, and his team of culinary artists channeled their voluminous expertise into an eclectic menu offering, creating their own version of Contemporary American cuisine. The pricing and portions are designed to encourage the guests to order multiple dishes, providing an opportunity to share.
