We are a full service dental provider of: Porcelain fillings Tooth Whitening Cosmetic Dentistry Crown and Bridge Root canals Extractions Childrens' Dentistry All phases of dentistry, except for Full Orthodontics and impacted Wisdom Teeth. We file all your dental insurance forms digitally at no charge to you. If you move your digital X-rays can be forwarded to your new dentist. We forward X-rays to your Orthodontist or Oral Surgeon as well at no charge to you. Service animals and Personal Support pets are allowed in our office of course to support you during your dental appointment. In cases of dental anxiety we provide Nitrous oxide at low fee, and medication Rx if warranted. We also are careful to provide premed antibiotics after Orthopedic surgery as required. Again this is at no charge to our wonderful patients. Dr Spamer taught at Wash U Dental school and UOP SF Dental school and has completed many Post op courses.
