MoreThe Stanford Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Grappling club is a safe and friendly place to train submission grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques. We welcome practitioners of all skill levels! We have a number of skilled instructors, and we offer 7 practices per week. A typical practice consists of a warmup, followed by instructor-led technique practice in pairs, and live sparring in 5-minute rounds. Cost is $100 per quarter (~3 months) for non-Stanford affiliated practitioners. Our practices take place in the mat room of the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation (ACSR). Times can be found on our website. If you're interested in training for competition, learning to defend yourself, or just a fun way to get a good workout in, come check us out.
