Using meticulously sourced seafood from Toyosu Market as well as from the bountiful shores of California, we strive to bring you a unique experience which showcases our passion for the sushi craft. Each fish is individually aged, cured, and marinated with painstaking detail and dedication to the Edo-mae style, the result of years of training and dedication. The shari is a labor of our love and effort which we spent years fine tuning to achieve optimal results. We believe that every little detail is critical in achieving the perfect bite which is the goal we continue to work towards.
