MoreLocated on the main casino floor in the fabulous Encore Resort and Casino, this Asian restaurant is an experience in Pan Asian cuisine that is both creative, traditional and exciting. It's not a place that caters to American tastes or fancy fusion dishes. The setting is modern and fresh, with many Asian accents that speak of a new era of Asian attitudes and dining. The sushi menu is creative, exciting and very fresh. The sushi chefs create rolls like the Wazuzu roll, Salmon Tar Tar and the Hamachi Chili Roll.
