MoreOur motto is: Make every shave ice count. We could be making someone's first shave ice ever or for someone who hasn't had one in over 30 years! Whatever the case may be, we hope to create sweet memories with our shave ice! We can cater to small parties to large groups where we operate multiple shave ice machines. We can operate indoor or outdoor and serve from a table setting, our cute bar cart, or our food truck. We use a high-speed block-shaver machine which makes for fluffy shave ice. For toppings and extras, we offer shiratama mochi balls, azuki beans, super premium vanilla ice cream, condensed milk, condensed coconut milk (non-dairy), and li hing mui powder. All of our shave ice syrups are made locally in Hawaii with cane sugar. We also always bring a few Sugar-Free flavors with us! Less
