Both of these are perfectly acceptable and even normal. I understand and want to help you. It might amaze you to know the most important part of any remodeling contract is actually the warranty. Yes, the warranty. Why? Because most companies only offer a one year warranty. In the instance of unlicensed contractors there is often no way to legally enforce a warranty even if they offer one. On the other hand, I made the decision to offer something that perhaps no other company in the area offers. I offer a three year warranty to give you the peace of mind knowing that if there are any kinds of problems big or small that we will fix them quickly and with a smile. Now please stop a second and think about what I said. We offer a three year piece of mind warranty. Would any company in their right mind do anything less than quality work if they were offering a three year warranty? Of course not. And that is where the peace of mind comes in.
