There are 15 trails ranging from easy to difficult and facilities for equipment rental. The Town of Beech Mountain also has a municipal sledding hill designed for children under 12 years. The ski lift is the fastest in North Carolina and passengers get a panoramic view of the countryside. The 7000 square foot ice skating rink is open all through the year for adults and children.
