We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round. We have a Loading Dock and a 50 car parking lot. There is usually plenty of street parking too! Current tenants include rock bands, hip hop artists, jazz session drummers, even recording studios and web developers use our facilities. We also have a community kitchen and TV lounge area. We have a secure place with keycode entry and security on staff. If you're looking to rent a no frills music rehearsal space, this is the band practice place for you.
