MoreIn 1945 Gaspare Maiorana bought an apple orchard on seven mile road in Livonia Michigan. It included a home and a roadside stand. There on the street corner, he sold apples and seasonally grown produce to friends and neighbors. Fifteen years later Gaspare brought his son Joe Sr. into the family business. Joe's interests were in retailing, and it soon became apparent that they must open a produce market to better serve the community. 1967 they opened Joe's Produce. The store has been changed and modified throughout the years to meet our customer's needs, yet even today Joe's produce has the same commitment to quality and service that Gaspare and Joe Sr. had 50 years ago. Joe gets up before dawn every day to drive to the produce terminal and eastern market. He personally selects only the best produce available for his customers. Less

  I love Joe's been coming since the early 70's as a kid. Mom loved shopping here even when we moved to Canton. In 2020 we called Joe's to cater our whole wedding. It was awesome. More
