At his practice, Broadlands Orthodontics, Dr. Hessamfar offers patients advanced treatments for alignment and crowding issues including metal braces, self-ligating braces, and aesthetic options which are less noticeable when worn. Dr. Hessamfar obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland- College Park in 1992. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Dental Medicine in 1996. At the Lancaster Cleft Palate Clinic, Dr. Hessamfar completed an advanced dental residency where he worked with a variety of patients including those with craniofacial disorders. He has held a faculty position at the Lancaster clinic and began to practice private general dentistry. In 2001, Dr. Hessamfar completed a specialty program in orthodontics and received a Master's of Science degree in Oral Biology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
