MoreThe Long Game is a learning and training platform for longevity. I offer individualized/personal movement training focused on mobility, stability, strength, balance and cognitive health. I teach an online morning morning class called Dynamic Flow - a fun, centering, 30-minute full-body mobility workout. I also give free public lectures on topics around longevity and extending our healthspan, which can be attended in person or online. The Long Game also offers short, 3-4 week classes on topics like Habit Change, Improving Your Sleep, and "Playing the Inner Game: Mental performance skills training for adult athletes." Less
