Our athletic based strength and conditioning classes are coach-led and focus around functional strength and speed training. At XLR8, we run one hour classes throughout the day and are open Monday through Friday. Our frequently attending members can expect to gain muscular strength, develop total body power, make improvements in speed and agility, increase mobility and flexibility, and achieve newfound levels of performance-based conditioning. Body composition changes will go hand-in-hand with improvements in these areas. We encourage athletes off all ages to join our team and get moving in the right direction with a free trial.
