MoreOpened in 2010, the Chickasaw Cultural Center gives a wonderful glimpse of the Chickasaw tribe's history. Spread across 109 acres (44.11 hectares), it comprises of the Aaholiitobli’ Honor Garden, Kochcha' Aabiniili' Amphitheater, Aba' Aanowa' Sky Pavilion, Chikasha Poya Exhibit Center, Holisso: Center for the Study of Chickasaw History and Culture, Anoli' Theater, the Traditional Village and Fine Art Galleries. It also has a cafe and two gift shops in its premises. There is a charge to go to the Exhibit Center and Anoli' Theater, otherwise the entrance is free. Stroll these interesting areas of the center and check out sculptures, historic reenactments, collections, demonstrations, archives and traditional dancing that celebrate the culture and history of the Native American clan.
