The artisan roastery stands out among its Chicago peers by its fearless attitude to experiment with roasting and brewing techniques. It boldly tries innovative methods but also revives long-lost traditions. This coffeehouse features quirky charts and pipes on the walls to exhibit the coffee brewing process, and vintage equipment displayed flamboyantly in a separate space, making the place resemble a museum.
