And our clients return for shoots time and time again. Included in your rental is a large Kitchen/craft services area, a clean make-up and private changing room and private restroom. Our rate (with your cast, crew and camera/s is $100.00 an hour. (or 2-hr minimum. This includes our 2-Ton lighting/grip pack, and pro sound kit with Shotgun mic and boom pole kit, We also provide Free Wi-Fi, bottled water and coffee with creamers, half-n-half, sugars, etc. Our 8,000 Sq. ft. parking lot (located behind the two story commercial building) allows parking for 6 cars and easy load-in. We're located just 10-minutes from N. Hollywood in the beautiful scenic city of Sunland, CA - Just off the 210 freeway. We also have 12' wide x 10' high white, black and grey seamless paper backdrops, black drapes, blue screen 12' wide X 20' long material and 3 air-conditioners to keep you cool.
