The Le Petit Marché eatery was started by Marchet Sparks and it continues to thrive in the local Atlanta community under her guidance. Simple comfort food is the most prominent feature here, and the menu is understandably speckled with classic Southern preparations such as the Shrimp Po Boy and Grits. There are also other, more contemporary and global offerings here that demand attention, such as the succulent Caribbean Chicken flavored with spicy jerk aioli or the Tuna on Romaines.
