MoreDeveloped from the House of Nanking in 1988, Fang restaurant has a long history in San Francisco. Chef Peter Fang, the owner of the two restaurants, is famous for Chinese cooking. Besides being interviewed on TV programs and in magazines, he also finds opportunities to serve and chat with customers. Expect to see a good selection of many delicious Chinese dishes, both modern and authentic. The Mongolian Beef is juicy and tender, the shrimp and apples is yummy to enjoy, and the Fish with Spinach is well prepared. Drinks are also diverse; the menu includes cocktails, Chinese beers, famous Chinese teas, wine and more. In addition to food and drinks, you can appreciate the beautiful calligraphy and ceramics that make part of the restaurant's ancient Chinese décor. Private events, parties for large groups and even wedding receptions can all be held here. There are three different rooms for events; the largest room has a full bar and can hold 80 to 100 people.
