MoreI specialize in providing therapy to teens, young adults, and parents of teens. I find great joy and skill in empowering my clients to have increased self-awareness and a sense of ownership in their lives. I love the challenge and adventure in working with teens, particularly females, as they learn to come into their own skin. I have worked intensively with adoptees to resolve the primal pain of adoption and the struggles with intimacy and attachment in relationships. Throughout my career, I've learned that you cannot work with teens without involving their parents, and from that lesson, I've also found a passion for helping parents release shame and guilt that negatively interferes with parenting. I recognize that as a parent, you have likely learned a new kind of pain in watching your child suffer... your time for healing is now, too.
