Dr. Smith is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He practices general orthopedics with special interests in sports medicine, comprehensive arthritis management, the care of fractures, and osteoporosis. Dr. Smith serves on the staff of all area hospitals. He is also active in the Arthritis Foundation and volunteers as team physician for McNeil High School in the Round Rock School District and the Austin Toros Professional Basketball team.
