MoreLocated just outside Milwaukee in the city of Glendale, Sprecher is a small brewery which was founded in 1985 by Randal Sprecher. The brewery was actually located in Milwaukee's Walker's Point area until 1994 when a need to expand brought the brewery to the city of Glendale. Sprecher brews nine beers in total, most notably the Black Baviarian which is a surprisingly light beer. The company is also known for their sodas, the most popular being the root beer. Sprecher offers tours (which include generous tastings) on most days, but reservations are required, so call ahead. Less
