Cuisines of this type are not categorized according to any one particular cuisine style and have played a part in innovations of many contemporary restaurant cuisines since the 1970s. The person in charge of all this Fusion of flavors and dishes is Ismael. His creativity goes beyond and above, once he gets in the kitchen with all the food preparation. His culinary main background is Mexican food, but after have traveled to different parts of South and Central America help him realize how he wanted to combine all this flavors and innovate with new concepts of food. On the other side, is me Claudia I consider myself the PR (public relations) of The Rolling Chef. I handle customer relations, community and promotional events.
