The brainchild of Damian Garcia and his siblings along with Kris Hennessy, an entrepreneur, they mill their regional grains, barrel and bottle in-house. Everything is done by hand, hence you will only find small batches of whiskeys that are aged in Missouri oak barrels for two to five years. No artificial coloring and flavoring is used in the making of their distilled spirits. Get to know how they make their drinks through their tours.
