Massage for relaxation and stress relief will focus on where you hold tension in your body, rather than a generic sequence. The issue you choose to focus on will be the starting point of a balanced treatment plan, and Scott will work with you to address the various tensions, body mechanics, and lifestyle issues that influence it.
