Set in the EAST, Miami, this elegant dining space does live up to all its hype and is probably the best Uruguayan eatery in town. The focal point of the kitchen, a wood fire parrilla, is where all their grilled dishes, both meat and seafood are made. Using only local and organic produce, their menu is a delicious blend of land and sea. There is even a sushi counter for fans of this cuisine.
