Choose to start your meal with the gourmet salad bar filled with fresh, local produce or a hot house-made soup. The dinner menu is filled with mouth-watering hand-cut steaks like prime rib, filet mignon, new york strip or the ribeye. The staff also offers to give you a sampling of the different cuts if you can't decide on one, just walk over to the carving station and ask for the pu-pu platter.
