Known for making all the liquors used in the cocktail and for the freshly sourced ingredients from their own garden, you can try the variety of classics like Irish Coffee, Manhattan and Mulled Cider or go for the contemporary ones like Sazerac, made with Doc Herson's Absinthe, Oat Whiskey, and Peychaud's bitters, or Kings County Daiquiri made in Moonshine, lime, Angostura bitters float.
