The intimate Sage dining room is located off of the historic McCloud Hotel lobby The imaginative menu changes with the seasons to include vegetables and herbs from the hotel garden plus eco-sustainable fish, beef, hand-crafted cheeses, and plant-based organic options sourced locally whenever possible. The extensive wine list has been curated to compliment the cuisine. Outdoor dining under a pergola-covered terrace overlooking the gardens is available during the summer or when weather permits.
