A fellow organic farmer, Shawna, helps supply us as well. Scheuermann Farms & Green Houses, Pennings Farm & Orchard, and Emerich's Green House all help us out tremendously! Lowland Farm supplies all of our 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef as well as our pasture- raised pork. Hudson Valley Cattle Company delivers our pasture-raised Black Angus beef and wild-caught fish. Its a simple theory: make meat taste like meat and green beans taste like green beans.
