Our classes encourage you to flow or move, with intention, from one asana (pose) to the next, to arrive at a particular point, physically and spiritually. A Danja Yoga asana class combines flow, yogic teachings, music, alignment, & exploration because we love the experience of connecting within. Danja Yoga was born out of the desire to create a new kind of yoga experience where everybody and every body is welcome and modifications for poses are offered without judgment. We envisioned a neighborhood yoga studio where anyone could come to practice authentic yoga and meditation and where the instructors are approachable and know your name. Danja invites you to relax, work hard, laugh, let go, and just be yourself as you release stress, build strength, and increase flexibility. Our classes challenge you to develop your best self as you clear the mind and ignite your health.
