The nature center has seven miles of marked hiking trails, along with a boardwalk with handrails for the physically challenged. The visitor's center houses nature-related exhibits, along with a discover room for children. The grounds are home to a variety of animals, as well as migrating birds. Visitors can enjoy cross-country skiing and snowshoeing during the winter months. There is also an observatory with a 20-inch diameter telescope, which is open to the public. Less
