MoreBikram Yoga Centreville's certified yoga instructors provide high quality instruction for the Bikram Yoga beginners' series. Our 90 minute classes are taught in a heated studio that is clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. All adults (18 and up) are welcome and no yoga experience is required to do a Bikram Yoga class. Young adults from 15-17 are also welcome but will need a parental guardian to accompany them to their first class. Whatever they may be, we will listen and support you through your goals.
