Outstanding items on Celeste's menu include the carciofini e parmigiano (a baby artichoke salad), the sinful but delicious ricotta di bufala (golden friend buffalo ricotta), the gnocchi alla sorrentino and any of restaurant's pizza offerings, which are prepared in its visible wood-fire oven.
