MoreFrom June 18th to August 1st, you can take an hour and a-half tour of Tillamook Creamery. Feed the calves and watch the Brown Swiss, Jersey, Holstein and Guernsey cows get milked. Tours leave from the Tillamook Cheese Factory at 3pm daily, but reservations must be made. Be sure to leave some extra time to tour the cheese factory itself. Marvel at the packaging and cheese- making teams whilst they churn out the cheese. Watch the ‘Cheddar Master’ hard at work as he processes 15,000 pounds of cheese.   Free parking, free self guided factory tour, great gift shop. Quick and yummy to go (for now) Cafe with cheese items, and an ice cream ship. Fun and interesting stop on our Oregriad trip. More
